The Temperament Sorter

"T" (Thinker) or an "F" (Feeler)

To determine your "type", you reflect on which statements are accurate descriptives of how you react in most situations (i.e. work, home, and play). Some choices may be difficult as we are all able to pick a few from each letter. However, it is possible for most people to choose the one which appears to be the most accurate description. I suggest you read both choices, mark the obvious ones, and then make a decision.

So far you are ES, the next step is:

Check
Are you an T?
Check
Are You an F?
You can stay calm when others are upset. Others emotions and concerns can deeply upset you.
You try to settle a dispute fairly rather than by trying to make both sides "happy." It is important to consider the feelings and emotions of those involved when making a decision.
You could argue both sides in a disagreement:  clarity and logic are important. You are often accused of taking things too personally.
It's better to tell someone they are wrong than just have them like you. You prefer harmony over making things perfectly clear.  You might say "Let's not spoil today by quarreling," or suggest the meeting move to a less controversial issue.
You are objective.  Some people might see this as uncaring but you know that is not true. You often overextend yourself in meeting the needs of others.  Sometimes they hurt your feelings by not appreciating your efforts.
You can make difficult decisions and sort irrelevant emotions from necessary facts. You don't hesitate to take back what you said if it hurt someone's feelings.
You remember numbers and figures better than faces and names. You remember faces and names better than facts and figures.
.

Now Total the number of statements you agree with in the columns:
